Location and Boarding

Our Dhow is located in JBR side of Marina. The Nearest Landmark is DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in JBR. Our reservation staff will send you location map and contact details of our Staff on Dhow.
If you are coming direct, ensure to reach well before the trip time. The Marina, especially on Weekends need a few extra minutes on the road due to more traffic in the area.
The Boarding Time for Dinner Cruise is 8:00 Pm and trip start 8:30 pm.

Cancellation

For reasons beyond control, such as bad weather conditions, equipment malfunction, government policies, or force majeure, company reserves the right to cancel or postpone your Trip. You will be either offered a refund or we work with you to reschedule your trip at a later date.
In case, cancellation is done before 48 hours of trip, 50% of the total will be charged.
In case cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled trip or guests do not arrive at the designated time, full amount of trip will be charged.
