TERMS & CONDITIONS

To make Deep Sea Fishing Excursions or Yacht Charter trips, all the guests must carry their original passports or UAE residence permit.

Insurance

The boats and yachts are fully insured as well as the guests, captain, and crew onboard.

Charter Inclusions

Cruising or fishing trips include selected boat or yacht, captain, and at least one crew member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, fishing rods and snorkeling equipment.

Capacity

The number of guests must be confirmed 24 hours before departure.

Captain’s Authority

The Captain has total authority over seamanship and the safe navigation of the yacht, its crew, and passengers. The Captain has complete authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe.

Responsibility for Children

Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.

Shoes

Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heels are not allowed to be worn onboard.

Cancellation Policy

Party Cruise and our boats rental reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to bad weather, mechanical failure, or Coast Guard restrictions. In this case, the charter will be rearranged, or a refund can be given.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy for Trips on

85, 70, 55, 50, 42 Luxury Yachts, 45 feet yacht, 37 feet Sports Yacht, 33 feet Sports Fishing Boat and Dhow Cruise

• For all trips minimum 50% payment is required for confirmation of booking. Guests must pay balance 50 % payment 72 hours before the Trip date.
• Cancellation 48 hours before the trip date 50% of the total trip payment will be charged as cancellation fee. Trip canceled within 48 hours, and full trip payment will be charged and hence no refunds applicable.
• At the trip time, if guests do not show up at the given time and location, 100% trip payment will be charged and hence no refunds applicable

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy for Trips on

Dance Party Boat, Royal Luxury Yacht, Party Boat, Mega Party Boat, Super Party Boat

• For all trips minimum 50% payment (Non-Refundable) is required for confirmation of booking. Guests must pay balance 50 % payment (Non-Refundable) 7 days before the Trip date.
• For these above-mentioned boats, no refund is considerable whatsoever unless discussed by guests at their initiative, in particular, the situation at the time of booking.
• At the trip time, if guests do not show up at the given time and location, 100% trip payment will be charged and hence no refunds applicable.

Cancellation by Company

For reasons causing cancellation because of force majeure and beyond control including but not limited to; extreme weather conditions, Technical breakdown, government policies, company reserves the right to cancel or postpone your Trip. You will be offered a refund, or we work with you to reschedule your trip at a later date.

Recreation Liability Indemnity

No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, or any other water sports.

Anti-Social Behavior

No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter.

General Liability Indemnity

No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.

Observance of all UAE Law and Practices

The following must be observed under UAE Law:

• The number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration.
• A mature adult must supervise all guests under 21 years.
• All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted subject to UAE regulations.
• No animals or pets may be brought onboard.
• Captain and crew member contingent as required for charters under UAE law.
